Atma Kriya Yoga will inspire you to 'Love Life', you can be yourself, be open minded, positive and learn to love and accept all aspects of the world exactly as they are. The techniques create physical energy, mental awareness and they awaken the spiritual heart. When the spiritual heart is awakened, you can love without conditions or rules and radiate positivity towards the world. Atma Kriya Yoga allows you to accept and love yourself which then allows you to accept and love others in the same way.

 

Increase mental, physical and spiritual vitality

 

The techniques purify the nervous system, calm the mind, slow the aging process, increase energy and bring health and vitality to the body. Atma Kriya Yoga is a holistic practise that harmonises all aspects of your being - mind, body and spirit in to one. The techniques balance emotions, hormones, energy levels and regulate metabolism. After a few months of regular practise you will be able to go deep into meditation, your nervous system will flow with energy and your breathing will be relaxed, keeping your mind calm and peaceful.
