Swami Vishwananda syntyi vuonna 1978 Mauritiuksen saarella hinduperheeseen. Jo lapsena hän osoitti suurta kiinnostusta erilaisiin henkisiin perinteisiin ja uskonnollisiin harjoituksiin. Hän ei ollut kovin kiinnostunut  tavanomaisista lasten  puuhista, vaan sen sijaan vietti kaiken vapaa-aikansa rukouksien, temppelivierailujen ja rituaalien tekemisen parissa.

Swami hyväksyy kaikki uskonnolliset traditiot eikä tee mitään eroa uskon eri muotojen välillä. Hän on pystyttänyt useita henkisiä keskuksia ja temppeleitä ympäri maailmaa ja kannustaa ihmisiä kääntymään Jumalan
puoleen, jotta he saisivat voimaa ja ohjausta elämäänsä. Saksassa
olevassa henkisessä keskuksessa, jossa Swami asuu, on hindutemppeli,
ortodoksinen kappeli ja useita meditaatiohuoneita, jotka
sopivat jokaisen tarpeisiin.

Swami Vishwananda matkustaa jatkuvasti ympäri maailmaa, pitää
inspiroivia henkisiä puheita ja antaa siunauksia darshanin muodossa.
Hän rakastaa antaumuksellisten laulujen laulamista ja rohkaisee meitä
kehittämään rakkautta kaikkea Jumalan luomaa kohtaan.

"Darshan (sanskriitin kielinen termi, joka tarkoittaa näkyä (välähdyksenomaista näkemisen hetkeä). Useimmiten sanotaan Jumaluuden
näkeminen, esim. joku jumala tai hyvin pyhä persoona tai ihmiskäden työ
. Darshanin voi saada temppelin jumaluudelta tai
suurelta pyhältä persoonalta.

About Swami Vishwananda and Atma Kriya

It was at the age of 5 when Swami was given the Atma Kriya techniques by his teacher, Mahavatar Babaji. Babaji transmitted complete knowledge of the techniques with a single gaze and Swami carried the knowledge of Atma Kriya with him for many years before the time was right to start teaching others.

Swami Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji have given Atma Kriya to the World to help mankind connect to their spiritual hearts and to experience deep devotion towards the Divine.

To many people Swami Vishwananda represents the quality of love, in fact, unconditional love. The pure love that Swami emanates is also the essence of Atma Kriya and this can be directly experienced through it's practice.
