Eastern philosophy tells us that the entire Universe is made from the five elements - Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether and that we are also created from these five great elements. If any of the elements are in a state of imbalance within us, they will create disease and disharmony in our body and mind.

The Atma Kriya techniques have the capability of correcting the imbalances of the five elements and creating perfect physical and mental health. The techniques work on purifying different aspects of the physical, mental and energetic layers of our being. Through this cleaning and purification process, we slowly connect with the truth of our inner being - the Atma.

Atma Kriya is a holistic yoga and meditation practice that has the power to give complete physical, mental and spiritual well being. Atma Kriya can also help stabilise hormones in the body and counteract symptoms of anxiety and anger.

Many of our students who practice our Sun Salutation tell us that their posture is improved by regular practice and that they have more energy. The Atma Kriya breathing practices also help to boost the immune system and clear toxins from the body.
